$3.2 Million Verdict for Birth Injury

A Middlesex County jury returned a $3.2 million verdict in a case involving a birth trauma injury to a seven-year-old girl. The injury involved permanent damage to the girl’s brachial plexus nerves, known as an Erb’s Palsy, which required a “quad” surgery to her left upper extremity. Blume Donnelly partner, Michael Zerres, tried the case on behalf of the infant child. The matter subsequently settled for a confidential amount.
