$290,000 Settlement for Motor Vehicle Accident / Rear-End Collision

Mr. Fried represented a woman who was involved in an automobile accident in which she was “rear ended.” Our client had a cervical herniated disc (neck) requiring a fusion surgery, a knee injury (meniscus) requiring surgery, and rotator cuff tear (shoulder injury), also requiring surgery. The defendant in this case only has $25,000. in auto insurance coverage, which their insurance company paid. Mr. Fried secured a significant additional recovery of $265,000 from our client’s Underinsured Motorist coverage available through her own auto insurance policy.
