$350,000 Settlement for Motorcycle Accident

Mr. Fried represented a man involved in a motorcycle accident at a high rate of speed (75-100 MPH) on a highway in western New Jersey. The defendant was making a left turn, through a designated cut through, and the impact occurred as he was almost entirely across the highway. Our client, who was not married, but left an infant child as an heir, died within a short time of the accident. The defendant paid the full extent of their insurance coverage ($300,000), and Mr. Fried was able to obtain an additional $50,000 from underinsured coverage available through a Pennsylvania insurance policy.
