$325,000 Settlement for Trucking Accident

John Molinari represented a 24-year-old woman who was traveling on Route 202 in Branchburg when she struck a delivery truck that was blocking the intersection. She sustained a Lisfranc fracture dislocation of the right foot, requiring surgery including screws. The defense claimed that the plaintiff was speeding and that she should have observed the rear of the truck stopped in the intersection and stopped her car before striking it. The case settled at a Judicial Conference for $325,000.
