Harris is passionate about his cases and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results to his clients. That passion and dedication directly results in millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts. But more than that, Harris takes pride in creatively finding solutions to the legal problems that arise in complicated personal injury cases.

His professionalism and commitment to trial work have been recognized over the years. He has been designated as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in the fields of Personal Injury, Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice & Plaintiff’s Product Liability, a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer,” a “Top 10 Trucking Lawyer,” and recently has been recognized in the “Best Lawyers in America.”

Harris is Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Harris’ practice covers the full spectrum of personal injury litigation. He has successfully litigated various injury cases involving automobile product defects, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, inadequate security, and other general negligence matters.

Harris has developed a particular interest and expertise in complex automobile product defect cases. Those cases involve injuries and deaths caused during preventable accidents, such as vehicle rollovers, and that involve defective vehicle components like seat belts, airbags and tires.

Mr. Feldman has lectured to local and national legal organizations on various topics including medical malpractice, defective airbag systems, general automobile defects, and trucking litigation.

Early in his career, Harris was honored to serve as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Joseph L. Yannotti, J.S.C. in the New Jersey State Superior Court, Civil Division of Bergen County. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Harris was  appointed in 2018 by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on a District Ethics Committee (District XB Ethics Committee), where he is responsible for investigating possible violations of attorney ethics rules.

He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and The American Association for Justice. He is also able to converse in American Sign Language.
