$450,000 Settlement for Automobile Accident

A student at DeVry Institute was in a minor fender-bender. He and the other driver pulled to the side of the road. A municipal vehicle then struck the students’ cars and the young man was killed. His estate sued the township and the driver of the municipal vehicle, which had poorly maintained brakes. Fried is still pursuing a claim against the driver who caused the first accident that placed his client in harm’s way.
