Abraham N. Milgraum, Esq., is an Associate of Blume Goldfaden, and works out of the firm's Chatham, New Jersey office.
Mr. Milgraum joined the firm as a law clerk in 2010. Before coming to Blume Goldfaden, Abe worked as a law clerk for two workers' compensation firms where he developed a strong desire to advocate for those who have been injured.
Abe's eagerness combined with his outstanding work ethic have already helped clients of the firm: directly increasing the value of cases. During law school Abe worked as a law clerk for Blume Goldfaden shareholder Dennis Donnelly and partner Harris Feldman on complex, multiple party cases in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice & product liability. His background in workers' compensation law has been an invaluable asset to the firm, often clarifying the complex interaction between personal injury and workers' compensation law.
Mr. Milgraum has already assisted in complex and notable trials, including a failure to diagnose anaphylactic shock secondary to a bee sting and in a wrongful birth trial with novel apportionment issues.
Parallel with his achievements at Blume, Abe also excelled in law school, graduating from Widener Law School Magna Cum Laude and in the top 5% of his class. He was a staff member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate law, Widener Law School's Tier 1 journal. Mr. Milgraum began honing his litigation skills in law school as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Milgraum was also an Academic Support Fellow for Widener Law School, helping other law students in their studies.
After passing his bar exams, Mr. Milgraum joined Blume as an Associate in 2011. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also proficient in Hebrew.
