His practice is concentrated in automotive product liability
crashworthy cases, but also spends a significant amount of time
working on medical malpractice, wrongful birth and inadequate
security litigation.
Harris'
history with the firm began while he was attending law school
at Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 2002), when Harris
served as a law clerk to Blume Goldfaden partner, Dennis Donnelly.
His legal experience also includes a year long Judicial Clerkship
for the Honorable Joseph L.Yannotti, J.S.C. in the New Jersey

Currently,
Harris and Dennis Donnelly work together on various aspects of
plaintiff's personal injury practice. Harris devotes most
of his time to the full spectrum of complex crashworthy automobile
matters including vehicle rollover, roof crush, defective seat

defective tires and escape-worthiness cases. Harris is also
currently litigating cases involving issues such as; a physicians
failure to diagnose genetic defects in a fetus, the lack of security
at an airport hotel where a hotel patron was murdered, and, a
case involving the death of a rear seated passenger in an automobile
accident. Harris is actively involved in all phases of plaintiff
litigation, including claim investigation, expert witness consultation,
depositions and trials.

is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United
States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and is a
