Harris S. Feldman is a Partner of Blume Goldfaden, and works out of the firm’s Chatham, New Jersey office.

Mr. Feldman joined the firm in 2003. Before coming to Blume Goldfaden, Harris served as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Joseph L. Yannotti, J.S.C. in the New Jersey State Superior Court, Civil Division of Bergen County.

Harris’ zealous advocacy on behalf of his clients has resulted in significant settlements and verdicts. Mr. Feldman’s practice is concentrated in automobile product defect cases, but he has also successfully handled medical malpractice, inadequate security and general negligence cases. Harris has been designated for five consecutive years (2006-2010) as a “Rising Star” (outstanding lawyers under 40) by Super Lawyers, an independent lawyer ratings service; in the fields of personal injury, medical malpractice & product liability.

Mr. Feldman works on all aspects of plaintiff's personal injury litigation. Harris and Blume Goldfaden partner Dennis Donnelly, work together on complex automobile defect cases. Those cases involve injuries and deaths caused during preventable accidents such as vehicle rollovers, and involve defective vehicle components including seat belts, airbags and tires. Mr. Feldman has lectured to national legal organizations on the topic of defective airbag systems and other automobile defects.

Mr. Feldman has also litigated other types of cases including physicians’ failure to diagnose medical conditions, inadequate hotel security resulting in murder, injury and death caused by truck driver and trucking company negligence, and many other personal injury matters dealing with various issues.

Harris Feldman is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, The American Association for Justice and the Bergen County Inns of Court. He is also proficient in American Sign Language.
