SUB-SPECIALIST PRACTICE AREAS : regularly tries complex cases to outstanding verdicts in his 2 areas of special interest: medical malpractice and unsafe, dangerous products. Dennis has successfully tried 6 cases to jury verdicts over 1 million dollars in the past 6 years. One of those trials, a wrongful birth claim resulting in a 3.7 million dollar verdict was tried in New York State, and was the subject of an article in the March 12, 2006 New York Times Sunday magazine. Another of those trials resulted in a 14 million dollar verdict. He has also settled more than 20 cases for more than a million dollars during the same time.
