Blume Goldfaden Partner, John Molinari, represented an 80 year old woman who tipped over a cart left in the aisle of a department store. The cart was partially hidden from view, and the store could not explain why it was left in the aisle, or how long it was there. The client's knee injury resulted in her requiring arthroscopic surgery for the repair of a torn meniscus; and ultimately she required a total knee replacement. Mr. Molinari settled this case for $350,000.
