Summer 2009 Blume Goldfaden Partner, Norberto Garcia, represented a 34 year old Hudson County woman who cut her forearm while cleaning a broken window in the kitchen of her rented residence. The wound became infected and left the woman with a significant scar. The Defendant landlords claimed that they had no notice of the hazardous condition created by the broken window. Norberto was able to settle this claim for $200,000. |
