- Carol Forte Spring 2004 Blume Goldfaden partner, Carol Forte, obtained a settlement on behalf of two sexual assault victims who were attacked at a bank ATM. The lawsuit alleged that the bank failed to provide adequate security to protect against crime against bank patrons. The perpetrators were found criminally liable as well, but did not contribute to the settlement. |
