The man, now 77 years old, broke his neck and became a quadriplegic when he slipped and fell against a wall during a raquetball match in 2005 at a sports club in Warren, New Jersey. The evidence suggested that the floor of the court was often dirty; and Ms. Forte worked with an expert who opined that our client slipped on dirt or dust the club should have removed. |
