3.2 Million Dollar Verdict - Birth Injury

A Middlesex County jury returned a $3.2 million dollar verdict in a case involving a birth trauma injury to a seven year old girl. The injury involved permanent damage to the girl's brachial plexus nerves, known as an Erb's Palsy, which required a "quad" surgery to her left upper extremity. Blume Goldfaden partner, Michael Zerres, tried the case on behalf of the infant child. The matter subsequently settled for a confidential amount.
