| Attorney - Carol Forte Fall/Winter 2003 Blume Goldfaden principle, Carol Forte, obtained a $4 million dollar recovery on behalf of a 24 year old man who was inappropriately cleared for oral surgery. The man, 19 at the time, had abnormal pre-operative test results both from an EKG and chest x-ray, but, nonetheless, was permitted to underge the planned surgery.
