Blume Goldfaden Partner, Jeffrey Zenna, represented the estate and family of a woman who was killed when struck by a construction vehicle as she crossed a roadway near UMDNJ Hospital in Newark New Jersey. Mr. Zenna’s investigation proved that, although required, the construction company did not have a flagman present to direct construction, pedestrian and other traffic at the site, and that the driver of the truck moved the truck without a flagman present. Jeff settled this case for $575,000.
