The driver claimed that the bus was backing up in traffic at the Weehawken entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel. The driver later pleaded guilty to drunk driving charges at Weehawken Municipal Court and New Jersey Transit was found not to be at fault. The jury awarded the woman $210,000. |
