Blume Goldfaden Partner, David Fried, represented a 17 year old high school student on a private traveling team softball trip to Pennsylvania. She was an unbelted rear seat passenger in a 17 year old teammate’s car, when another teammate, in a different car, who was 16 and driving with a learner’s permit, tried to pass in a no-passing zone, causing a collision, resulting in our client being thrown through the windshield. She suffered permanent facial scars from her cheek to her chin.
